Firebirds Rocky Mountain Grill
Located at 17415 Chicago Street, in Village Pointe Shopping Center, Firebirds is one of our family’s favorite dining destinations for special occasions and celebrations. With extensive use of stone and exposed wood in its internal construction, combined with the smell of wood smoked foods coming from its wood fired grill, Firebirds feels like a Colorado ski lodge in the Midwest. My wife and I love the wood grilled salmon, as well as the pepper grilled steak. The Firebirds BLT salad is a “must have.” Firebirds is open daily at 11:00 a.m.; serving lunch and dinner.
